LegisTech: P20 | Artificial Intelligence in Parliaments
Bússola Tech, in co-organization with Association of Counsels and Attorneys of the Federal Senate (ALESFE), the Association of Legislative and Budget and Financial Oversight Counsels of the Chamber of Deputies (ASLEGIS), Sindilegis and the Organisation of American States (OAS) is honoured to present the "LegisTech: P20 | Artificial Intelligence in Parliaments" conference, set to take place on November 7th, 2024, at the Legislative Branch of Brazil, in the "Tribunal de Contas da União (TCU)" in Brasília, as the parallel activity during "10th G20 Parliamentary Speakers’ Summit (P20)". This event will gather distinguished parliamentary leaders, experts, and international delegations to advance the dialogue on legislative modernisation through the strategic application of artificial intelligence.
The conference will explore the theme of "Artificial Intelligence in Parliaments," reflecting the growing importance of AI in legislative activities. It is designed to foster in-depth discussions on AI’s potential to enhance efficiency, transparency, and citizen engagement across parliamentary services. Participants will have the opportunity to share insights, best practices, and strategies for integrating AI within parliaments, emphasising not only the benefits but also the ethical considerations, data privacy, and governance issues that accompany AI adoption.
