Introduction

In this survey, we are interested in what you think and feel about a wide variety of brands.

We will ask you to rate brands in different ways and if (and how often) you use each brand's products and services.

Although some questions may seem similar, they are all different (if only very slightly). Please read the instructions for each question carefully and keep the question in mind while you are rating individual brands.
